About this guide

This guide explains who we are, how we are paid and what to do if you have a complaint.

Our services

We provide credit assistance by helping you identify and apply for finance from a panel of lenders. Where a loan is regulated by the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009, we must assess that it is not unsuitable for you; you may request a copy of that assessment.

How we are paid

We may receive commissions from lenders and may charge a fee, which will be disclosed to you in writing before you proceed. Our licensee may also receive a portion of commissions.
