We collect information needed to assist with your finance enquiry, such as your name, contact details, company details, project information and financial information.

How we use it

• To assess your needs and provide credit assistance.
• To communicate with lenders, valuers and other parties involved in your application, with your consent.
• To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

How documents are sent

Documents are only exchanged by email or through FinanceVault. We will never ask you to send documents by any other method.

Disclosure

We may disclose your information to lenders, our licensee Australian Finance Group Ltd, service providers and as required by law. We do not sell your information.

Complaints

If you have a privacy complaint, please contact us first. If unresolved, you may contact the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) or the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
